Signing up online for services offered by the Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF implies your acceptance of the General Sale Conditions.

Article I : SERVICES

All of the Tignes Le Lac ESF instructors have passed a formation accredited by the State and their instruction methods are valid nationally and internationally.

Our services are offered to individuals or groups of individuals. Classes fluidity demands a solid homogeneity of all participants' level. As our instructors cannot verify their students' expertise level before their inscription, they ultimately are responsible for choosing the level of technique they will teach adapted to each group and according to the pre-established Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF grid.

Accordingly, the Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF reserves the right to change students from one group to another better suited to their level if the level they signed up for exceeds their real level on site. Displaced students will not be reimbursed any sums nor indemnified for being transferred since their own declarations were overstating their level in the first place.

Ski apprenticeship happens in a specific environment which may change from day to day. Skiing means that students will be asked to pay attention to their own safety as well as the safety of the group at all times. The instructor's responsibility is limited to his means. Students are expected to follow intructors' requests at all times.

Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF cannot be held responsible for accidents created by skiers participating in the classes.

Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF reserves the right to cancel classes (see article 3) in which case tuition will be reimbursed without giving right to the clients to claim any additional indemnities.

Pack ski + : no refund will be accorded should a change in level be necessary.
Children's prices: 5 and 6 half day prices include the relevant tests (1 inscription for the Fleche giant slalom for children in competition classes) and the star badge is accounted for in the price - 5€ from each lesson card will go to the ESF emergency fund - if you do not wish to purchase the badge, the price will be reduced by 5€.
Reservation: In order to avoid waiting on your arrival, pay the full amount when you book your lessons. In all circonstances, the ESF will retain 10% of the amount reserved in the case of cancellation before the start of the lessons as a forfet payment.
Group lessons: The number of pupils in group lessons is not limited. There are, however, special lessons avaible during school holidays which are limited to 8 pupils. The ESF reserves the right to cancel group lessons with fewer than 3 inscriptions.
Mini-skis : inscription on a list to constitute a group of 2 kids.

Article II : PAYMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT

Prices
Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF prices are presented on this website for online sale, accessible from ESF.net et from the specific website Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF Website.

Indicated prices include the service of teaching by Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF instructors, exclusive of all and any other services (insurances, ski lifts, accommodations, etc...) with the exclusion or individuals. Consequently, students will need to puchase their lift tickets and if need be an insurance protecting him in case of injury suffered during the practice of snow sports (civil responsibility, aid) before reporting to class.

Inscription and payment
You will need to fill up the inscription form on this website, date it, electronically sign it by clicking on the appropriate icon. With online payment, this form will be transmitted to Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF. You will receive a confirmation email for your order.

Payment in full is due upon your online registration on the Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF website, your payment signifies the acceptation of this contract. You will receive a confirmation via post office mail or facsimile.

Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF garantees only the availability of the classes proposed at the time the contract is signed.

Reimbursement conditions
Prestations are reserved for specific dates. Consequently, no cancellation can be accepted withing 15 days of the start of the services ordered.

If clients are not present at the beginning of the scheduled class for which they have signed up, tuition will not be reimbursed and changing for another class for a missed class will not be authorized.

Tignes Le Lac (Le Lac, Lavachet, Brévières) ESF reserves the right to cancel or interrupt classes in case of inclement weather conditions or if a student's behavior causes the class to be disrupted. Such cancelled classes will not be subject to reimbursement.

No reimbursement will be granted when a cancellation is determined by force of nature including but not limited to: closing of slopes or lifts, weather conditions making it unsafe for the group to get to practice grounds.

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is seven (7) days prior to the scheduled services. This starts from the day after the contract is signed. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days of cancellation by the client.

No cancellation is authorized within 7 days of the scheduled services, this applies also if reservation occurs within 7 days of scheduled services.

No reimbursement will be authorized after the start of scheduled services.

Article III :CONFLICTS

All conflicts applicable to these general sale conditions are subject to French jurisdiction and to French Law.

Enrolment for lessons
To enrol for ski lessons, lesson cards must be booked
and paid for in advance at the ESF.
You should be punctual for lesson departures and
come equipped with your lesson cards.
Lessons and instructors
An instructor should not be held responsible for the
actions of his clients. The client is responsible for
his own safety and protection, and that of other
skiers. The client should be particularly aware of the
dangers of off-piste skiing. The presence of an instructor
does not reduce the risk.
Refunds
Each lesson card is valid for a certain period and locality.
Should lessons be interrupted due to circumstances
beyond our control no refund shall be given.
Under no circumstances will duplicates be delivered.
Safety advice
Clients should be suitably dressed and equipped.
They must follow the instructor’s advice and
ensure that the group corresponds to their standard.
Lifts and insurance
Clients are not insured by the ESF.
In order to avoid the financial risk of an accident

we advice you to purchase the “Licence Carte Neige”.
