Frédéric arrived in Tignes because of his passion for mountain landscapes

Frédéric comes from Val de Marne and has been teaching within the ski resort of Tignes, where he trains his learns to several disciplines: skiing, snowboarding, off-piste and snowshoeing, and provides his lessons in French and in English always with a smile. Armed with 30 years of experience in teaching, this instructor has been sharing his knowledge with pleasure to all his learners, to whom he wants to communicate his passion for the mountain- a passion that led him to become a ski instructor. This is the reason why this teacher has been offering his lessons in a spectacular environment, surrounded by landscapes which makes him want to wake up every morning.

Frédéric arrived in the resort of Tignes in 1987, when he started his training. He likes exploring the area in order to discover the greatest slopes to slide on. For him, Sache and the massif of Aiguille Percée are his favourite ones; he goes there as soon as he can to practice his favourite sport.

Even though this instructor is crazy about skiing, he also likes sailing and spending pleasant moments with his family- during hiking for instance.
