Sébastien likes waking up in the morning on a beautiful winter day to transmit his passion for skiing!

Sébastien, who comes from Tignes, started skiing when he was two years-old and immediately loved it. For twelve years, he has been working as a trainer for competition and gives classes in French and in English. For a few days, he gave lessons in Boisses before becoming an instructor in the ESF of Tignes, the skiing area where he has always lived.

Sébastien bases his pedagogy on comprehension, listening and dialogue in order to transmit his passion and his love for sports to his learners- passion which led him to choose this occupation. The smiles on his learners' faces are his greatest memories, and show him every lesson that he chose an area which corresponds him. 

What Sébastien particularly loves in skiing is ‘waking up in the morning on a beautiful winter day, the sensation of cold on my face, the wind challenging my elements, and then it is time to have drive’, as he likes saying. He also loves practicing for the weekly competition La Flèche, in which he is always victorious.

Aside from the resort, Sébastien has already carried out a skiing expedition in Brévière, and considers the slalom stadium, Palafour, Val Claret, Le Glacier and La Grande Motte as the most beautiful slopes in the world.
