Georges has been transmitting his love for skiing for more than 30 years now!

Georges Hoffmann managed to find an occupation that suits him well: working as a ski instructor for 34 years now, this ski-fan has wanted to pursue his passion for mountains and to earn a living out of it. He has left Strasbourg, his native city, in order to offer ski lessons to children in French and German within the ESF Tignes, which he particularly enjoys for its location at high altitude. In other words, Georges’ everyday life consists in working in a joyous atmosphere, surrounded by an environment where he feels good! Perhaps will you see George hurtling down one of the resort’s slopes, such as Les Trolles, his favourite one!

This teacher also likes discovering other places abroad to practice skiing: his favourite ones include Face in Val d’Isère, Streif in Kitzbühel, Lauberhorn in Wengen, Tofana in Cortina d'Ampezzo and Solden.

Though this instructor likes teaching skiing to share unique moments with his learners, he also likes practicing other sports, such as mountain biking and running.
